We are proud to announce the successful completion of Telka Apartments, a distinguished 370-unit complex in Silverdale, WA. Commencing in April 2021 and concluding in May 2022, our team ensured the project was completed on time and on budget, a hallmark of our commitment to excellence. Pat Hall Construction spearheaded all excavation activities and orchestrated the installation of crucial site utilities under the vigilant supervision of our skilled project engineer.
Our focus on precision was evident in every aspect of the project, especially in the development of fire services lines, hydrants, and fire department connections. Telka Apartments offer an array of one, two, and three-bedroom residences. With our excavation proficiency, we were able to seamlessly extend and add essential infrastructure elements such as water mainlines and sewer systems, as well as addressing storm drainage and dry utility trenching for power, natural gas, and communications.
